Indoor Arena

$35 / hour

Coverall Arena

$25 / hour

70' × 70' sand arena, good footing for dogs
Fully fenced and secure
Excellent ventilation for warm weather
Ideal as a training ring or agility warm-up area

Racetrack Rental

$10 / hour, up to 2 dogs

½ mile racetrack with a large grassy center field
All-weather track surface
+$5 per additional dog
Note: there may be horses in the field next to the racetrack

Field Rentals

$10 / hour, up to 3 dogs

Group use: $25/hour for 4+ dogs, lessons or competitions
Creekside Meadows — huge field, forested area & creek
Pond Field — fenced grass field with swimming pond
Sorting Field, Corner Field & North Field — fenced grass fields
Park right next to the field entrances

Trail Rentals

$10 / hour, up to 2 dogs

3.5km of private, forested trails, all-weather surface
+$5 per additional dog
Trails are not securely fenced — not suitable for off-leash aggressive dogs

Full Day Facility Rental

$450 / day

Big arena, unfenced tenting field next to barn, clubhouse
Ample parking, multiple potty yards, gathering circle
+$50/day to add the coverall arena
+$50/day to add unlimited private trail use
Deposit required to reserve full day or weekend rentals

Agility Trials & Fun Matches

Available for one day or multi-day trials in the 156' × 72' indoor arena, with a fenced & gated ring entrance/exit and viewing along two sides. The heritage clubhouse is available for hosts and judges (heated in winter), with a tenting field just outside the barn, multiple potty areas, an off-leash field, and 3.5km of private trails for competitors.

Seminars & Workshops

Available for one day or multi-day seminars for all dogsports and training — with the option of a full ring plus a small ring in the coverall for multiple simultaneous set-ups. The clubhouse doubles as a heated classroom with tables, a desk, easel and pull-down projector screen.

The facility is also available to rent as a whole, or in sections, for other dogsport and dog-training competitions — just email to ask.
